Oooohhhhh... I'm so envious! I have a dark hidey hole in the corner of my basement. Down there I can make a huge mess but that is soooo not conducive to tidiness- in thought or deed. It would be so nice to have a bright, sunny room in which to work. It would make me want to quilt everyday!

Did you make the design wall? I can never get anything the fabric will stick to! What did you use?

Love you sewing space and the lovely, sunny window. What did you use as the design wall? My hubby made me one with a piece of very heavy wood that I can't lift to get up onto something higher to step back and get a better perspective. I've heard that you can use the large white insulation pieces that they sell at Home Depot but we have no way to fit it into the car.

It's beautiful - and so neat. How do you keep it that way?

Great room! Your use of the little ironing boards for shelves made me chuckle. And to think mine is leaning up against the wall. I could be using it as a shelf.
