Here is my Ugly Quilt. Made for my niece. I HATED the background fabric. Wish I'd chosen something else. It was a struggle just to complete it. Hated it so much I quilted it myself cuz I couldn't see spending money to have it quilted. Still gave it to my niece who loved it....that's all that counts. I promised myself to try again someday...when she's older, then I can use the excuse of updating it to her tastes.

The more I worked on it the more I disliked the fabric. And I was having a hard time lining up points on it. And every time I look at the white pluses on it they remind of Swiss crosses. I don't like the blue binding I used. I don't like the border. In short, I just hate it. :D

Well, at least you can tell why you don't like it. Many times folks can't articulate the reasons. You still do beautiful work!
