I don't know why I've never tried one of these before, but it definitely won't be the last time! This particular jelly roll had 50 batik strips in it, and with some borders, it'll be large enough for a queen size quilt. It only took about 3 hours to make. I see some quick Christmas gifts happening here!

question: on average how many strips are there in a jellyroll. and how large would a top be without borders. Should I be buying more than 1 roll?
I just love your batiks, great job doing it in 3 hours :P
