These are real winners and look like they'd have lots of uses!

Were these made by hand or sewed on a sewing machine? I only ask because a friend and I purchased the books It's A Wrap and It's A Wrap II to do these using a sewing machine. As a matter of fact I was reviewing the book just the other day getting info on what I needed to get started doing so.

Wal-Mart still sells the cotton clothesline, but not where the irons/ironing boards are located. I found it in the hardware section with all the other types of ropes. I thought it was discontinued and looked all over town, only to find the polyester clothesline. Was I ever relieved to find the cotton, just not where I thought it would be!

I sewed these on my Singer 401 which will sew through thick fabrics. The book is nice but you will learn as you go as to how to set your machine, etc. Have fun.

For the Quilt Show, to help give ideas of usage, I will fill some with peppermints, buttons, pins, etc. Thanks for all of the wonderful comments and encouragement.

I made my first ones for last Christmas as gifts. They were a big hit. I've made a few since for gifts. They are lots of fun. I'm sure yours will sell quickly. Love your colors and trims.
