Each year our guild send quilts to either deployed or wounded soldiers. Here are two that will go overseas. They are both scrappy and a lot of fun to to do. Has anyone made the second one? Please don't look close the points don't all meet. Can't understand cuz I took such care to get the fabrics lined up, one time they are perfect and the next way off. Maybe you can tell me what I did wrong - because I would like to make another one someday. Thanks.

Look good to me. I am not quite sure what the problem was but I have trouble too with squares being not really SQUARE!
Part of my problem is that my seams are not always EXACTLY 1/4 inch! But another explanation might be the fact that fabric cut the width of the fabric stretches more than fabric cut along the edge (selvege). I really think this contributes to blocks varying in accurate measurements. It simply CANNOT be only my fault!!! Happy Quilting.

They are both beautiful and will be appreciated so much. I failed to see anything wrong with the second quilt and I'm sure the recepient will feel the same way.
