    Default First posting My Wall Hangings

    I am going to try and post several of my quilts hopefully I have it figured out now!
    The first one is 3D Flower/Shahiko wall quilt, the 2nd one is Normal Family from Quilts from Grandmother's Garden, and the 3rd one is Shaving Cream Flowers.

    Love the first quilt. How did you do the flowers? Are they silk? Did you make them or purchase them? I have made a couple of wall hangings in the last couple of weeks using silk flowers purchased from Dollar General. It was a lot of fun. I have a wall hanging in process right now using purchased silk flowers on a tree. I have also experminted with shaving cream. Did you use that process on all the pieces or just the flowers? It is very pretty.
