What a lovely Irish Chain. You have inspired me to make a scrappy one. That flannel is nice also...and I bet, so cozy!

It is so soft, especially since it has been washed several times. Since the young lady has moved to Austin and doesn't need it any more I am actually contemplating taking out the ties and utility quilting it. (larger stitches, especially good for flannel quilts when quilting by hand.)

Oh both your quilts are lovely! I am so colour challenged, that i don't know if i could ever do scrappy like that, your irish chain so so pretty!!!

There was no rhyme or reason to the colors, I have some colors in the quilt that are ugly but are small enough you can't tell!
