I found this pattern in a McCalls magazine. I thought it would be perfect for my son, he has been working at Bethesda Hospital for the last year. It took me about 6 months to piece together and today I finally layered it and will start to hand quilt it. Now I have to find another pattern for his brother who just finished bootcamp.
Thanks for looking.

The pattern is called From Sea to Shining Sea. It was in the Winter 2009/2010 issue.
