The "curves" aren't pieced Boston1954, the shapes are cut & fused to the batting and then a ½" bias strip is stitched over the raw edges, through the complete sandwich.

Pretty sneaky.....I was trying to figure out how you pieced it, then I read this........looks great....good luck with the raffle......
