I admire people who keep on going even though the pattern designer did not provide enough info. I also admire an excellent quilt. Good for you.

I bought this pattern several years ago( after seeing one made up in Lolly's in Shipshewana, IN) but haven't had the nerve to try it yet. A couple of other quilters have posted pics and said what a headache it was. Your quilt is stunning. One of these days, I'll get up my nerve and give it a go.

Blue and yellow is my favorite color combination. I just finished my second quilt with this color combo.

I know what you mean about frustrating. Mine has been waiting on my wall for a long time. I forget the "approximate" part till I read your post. After a couple of years I had gone back and tried to finish. Thought it was the fact that I was using a different machine and seams were off. The set in "Floater Fabric"(blue&yellow check) shapes were too small. <very large sigh> Will give it another try when I finish the ABC books for ggs.
