I didn't use a particular pattern. I have a book called "Crazy Shortcut Quilts" by Marguerita McManus & Sarah Raffuse. I used the techniques in that book. Marguetita also has some good tutorials for doing this on youtube.

I am also a beginner quilter so maybe I need to work on table runners as yours are gorgeous. Now I need to go search for table runners. Thanks for inspiring me!!
