This is lovely. The storm at sea patern is so versital. I never would have seen the heart pattern in any other SAS. It will make a perfect wedding gift.

I love it. I love that pattern anyway, and have a small table mat made with that pattern using hot pink for the hearts. I put the hearts with the points touching. One up, one upsidedown. I love mine. And I love yours too.

Storm at Sea is my favorite! I made one for my son using the paper piecing method, and you are right! It was very easy to piece.

My brother is remarrying a lovely woman after 10 years of being a widower - he's a retired admiral in the US Navy and I thought of the Storm-At-Sea pattern for a small wall hanging to make as a wedding gift. While I've seen the version with a single heart, I absolutely love your version with two hearts. PERFECT! Thanks so much for the inspiration.
