Thank you all for the nice commits, I appreciate you taking the time to write them. This is our second great-grandchild. He has an older sister Bella, who is 3 years old. This is our only grandson who is married. So we can only hope for more someday.

Ah Sew

I love, love, love your quilt - so special for your GGS's arrival, made with love from a special GGM. It will be perfect for your children to receive such a sweet gift for their new born baby. Oh yes congratulations too

Sewbusy, that is soooo cute. The flannel backing will make it so cozy. I'll have to try that the next time I make a baby quilt. Last May, I used the same Mother Goose "book" fabric and made a little quilt for our church bazaar. Your sashing is so precious. I only wish I would have had some of that. I put a one-inch red border around each "page" and then used a bright yellow for sashing. For backing, I used blue "cloud" fabric. I don't remember what it went for (silent auction). By the way, your pics are great.

That is a very sweet quilt that he will love. My granddaughter was looking at it and she said "Awww cute" so you even have a two year old who loves it too. :D
