Default Stretched BrotherPQ1500S

I just got my Brother back from having it Stretched by WOW Quilts... Rick did a great job. Here are some of the pictures.

How much throat space do you have now? May I ask the cost of doing this? And the time it takes? I never realized that they would stretch your machine.

I'm so happy for you!

I had heard a couple of years ago that Rick was getting into doing the Juki/Brother machines. There was quite a waiting list at the time. I'm also curious as to leathefleas queries.
Of course, it voids the warranty... but mine is out of warranty anyway.

Looks good! Does she run the same? A person can make a table and use it as a sit down machine too, correct?

Wow! I wonder if he could do my Babylock. No? Oh, well. I'm doing pretty good with FMQ, as long as I don't try to follow a line. That's the pits!

There is 18.5 inches from the back of the machine to the needle. I really get about 15 inches clear quilting space. The cost may be different for each machine. I would just call them instead.

I bought my machine second hand ... so I didn't have a warranty. But I was still worried. She quilts wonderfully!
