I love the new pattern. The look is so much more interesting than either by themselves. Great job at pattern designing.

That’s an interesting way to put the blocks together. I have the pattern but haven’t done anything with it yet.

What an excellent way to adapt the pattern. I love the scant use of actual feather blocks. The way you placed them with the string blocks is perfect. What a great quilt!
