Last week, before Angie came, I headed to my favorite Menneonite shop to fine Angie some flannel for her birthday--encouraging (not enabling  ) her to try a ragged flannel. Angie and her family are into outdoor activities, and I knew they had some great stuff.
Here's what I found for me:
These are all flannels. The pinecone piece was $4.10/yd. Her prices have gone up due to shipping costs-most flannels are now over $6.

I was very excited to find those birds at Joanne's--great backing. The rest is from Golden Acres (Mennonite place) AND the small daisy fabric is the same as those 4" sqaures I bought on ebay! How cool is that? AND it was $4/yd. Happy dance. It's a tough blue to match; the one I bought to try is a strange fabric, but it was $3/yard. (I love that sale table. ) The green doesn't look good with it now that I have it home. There will be many other places to use it. The yellow is for the daisy one to pull out another color.

Today I returned to Joanne's to fix the OOPS in the other post.
And I found this stuff to help me, based on your suggestions.

And while I was waiting for the WonderUnder to be cut--I saw these Mumm fabrics at 30% off. How could I leave them all there? The pine trees is flannel to add to the next ragged quilt--used my 40% coupon for that, but there were 16" left I got at 50% off.

Karla, you sure can pick fabrics. Great choices. First I was going to say oh I love the pine cone fabric, then I said Oh I love the blues and yellows, then I said Oh the last prints are so cute. Just can't figure out which I like the best.
