Years ago I saw a quilt using the sun and moon fabric and knew that some day I might find that fabric. As luck would have it, I ran across the fabric and the rest, as they say, is history!

The Wild Animals quilt is a favorite of my grandsons. In fact, it is surprising the quilt is still at my home.

I love both of your quilts, I am partial to the sun and moon theme as I have them on my walls and shower curtain. I also love the animal prints. I don't think I could choose which is my most favorite I just love them both. great job1 :-D

Those are both awesome! I have a tiger panel a lot like that one - I just wasn't sure what to do with it. Thanks!

WOW! I was preparing myself to write a reply extolling all the virtues of the sun and moon quilt, which is divine, then I scrolled down and saw the wild animals one.
Absolutely stunning quilts. I think you are very lucky that your grandkids haven't taken it away with them. ( I would have hehehe)

Like the first one, love the second one.

I think I have that tiger fabric - or something close to it. Had no idea of what to do with it - besides visit it now and then.

I'm not sure if it is available any longer, but here is some info that might be of help: seen in The Quilter Magazine, March 2006. The exact name of the quilt is Out of Africa. Fabric from Quilters Dream, Quilters Kenya collection by Deborah Mosa.

Both are really nice! My friend would love the tiger one. The first quilt she made was a tiger quilt for herself. Then she got hooked!
