    Sun Rays....quilted by Charisma

    This is Sun Rays.
It's a Judy Niemeyer pattern that my friend Donna put together. She is a fabulous piecer.
She gave me freedom to quilt how I wanted..but she doesn't like real heavy quilting. She loves her quilt.
I did use two layers of batting ..this will be a wall-hanging.
I am in love with it as well!

LOVE IT!! The Charisma curls remind me of the suns heat waves radiating out from the suns. I think this is just the right amount of quilting for this quilt too. (I also struggle with how much is too much??)

    Fantastic quilt!
A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such.

Oh I so agree! The quilting gives it movement, just like a heat wave. Great job, both of you!
