Love both the shadow effect and the scrappy borders!! You did a wonderful job on this quilt; I know your niece appreciates it.

Or is the scrappy a quilt underneath your t-shirt quilt?

I think the light blue background and the black shadowing make your quilt a winner. Great job and I can see why it brought tears to your niece's eyes. Thanks for sharing.

I have a T-shirt quilt to make for my BIL and I've looked at what seems like a hundred pictures of them trying to get some ideas. I will say I think yours is by far the best looking one I've seen. You did a wonderful job on it! I already made one for myself but it is very basic, you have really inspired me to keep looking until I can come up with something besides a plain run-of-the-mill design.

I love this shadow look. I am being commissioned to make a t shirt quilt for a mom who has lots of little T's and an ongoing process as they grow out of the shirts. I am crazy trying to figure out where to go with it.

I absolutely love this quilt. I was looking for the perfect way to do a t-shirt quilt for my boys. I have 50 shirts set aside for each of them.

awsome! I know the help you must have got from her as I live in Canada and met her on this board. We live across the Detroit river from each other and now is our coffee stop when we`re on our way.
She has helped me get things that are too expensive to ship here.
She is a wonderful person and now able to call her my friend!
