Samantha will always remember the time you spent with her. I sometimes wonder if the next generation will have as many sewers as we do now............At least we have 1 more !!!!!

Wow. She certainly knows how to put colours together. Very pretty. She's going to be a great quilter.

Great job!!! Thank you fro taking the time to teach her. She will remember this for the rest of her life. You gave her a "life skill" that she will continue to enjoy.

What fun for both of you! She did a great job on her quilt - with help - but she's off to a great start! Congrats to her.

What a wonderful quilt and the gift that you have given her will be with her the rest of her life. Here in the UK, because of the recession Sewing machines, old and new, are flying off the shelves because if you can sew a straight line you can do so many things, quilting of course being one of them. Well done you, I am sure she will be so grateful ans she gets older and realises what a gift you have taught her.

I think this is wonderful for both of you. She did a wonderful job on the quilt, a lot of adults can't do that good of a job. Keep up the good work .
