Default A Ten days of Christmas quilt.

Here is a quilt I made that is the ten days of Christmas. I used crayons to color it and it isn't real bright. I wantd to make it bright colors, instead they are too pale. I'll make another sometime, and try something else to color it. Any Sugestions?

The second one is one I made and it's a panel. I liked it so made it.

Love them both! Not sure what would work better for brightness...maybe fabric paint??? Dunno.

What kind of crayons did you use? I read that Prang crayons are better for color.

both are very pretty, I saw on a blog somewhere a woman used some kind of permanent inks that do not run and the colors were bright. I do not think they were the japanese ones, check on drama trading. Hope this helps

Why do you call it 10 days instead of 12 days of Christmas? No matter what you named it, it is lovely.

The 2nd one doesnt look like a panel, I like it too.
