Wow-Melanie--you are doing an awesome job!! That is just soooo gorgeous. I don't think you could have found any better fabrics at a quilt shop-lovely "stash raiding".

This girl is a better friend than you are letting on--or at least she will be when you give her this. You will be her new BFF!!!!

I hope your kitty feels better. It is so sad when our furry friends are not well.

Thanks for all the encouragement, guys!

I will update tomorrow as I finish it, and thanks for all your kind words about my kitty, she seems to be doing better now. She's eating and drinking at bit, not driving me crazy at night and all without a trip to the vet (thank God, I totally cannot afford that right now!)

It is great, can I have one, just kidding..... Border it, bind it and be done!!!
Friends have no idea how long it takes or the expense. I would be willing to do them as long as they paid for the fabric and the quilting , but even when they hear those figures, they back down, forget your time. You did a wonderful job, Cindy
