    Thank you quilt

I made this quilt for my grandson's wrestling coach. He is a young man, just out of high school, and is all volunteer. He has done a great job with the kids and they love him. Made entirely in less than a week, even with DD taking the red squares to practice and having the kids write on them!! The school mascot was appliqued on after making a template using a picture of it. I think it turned out reallly nice!! He will receive it at the awards banquet tomorrow night!! Thanks for looking!!

That is a great quilt, I love everything about it the school mascot is terrific. Your young coach will love it and that someone thought enough of him to take the time to make it.

    You did great grandma :-)

What a thoughtful thing for you to do! He's sure to love it.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.
