Default Double DIY Pin-cushion Girls 11-28

Here we go. I could not stand it any longer. I found an old double candle stick holder in some stored junk. The gold had tarnished. It was an orginial Home Interior piece if that tells you how old it is. So I cleaned it up and hit it with a little spray paint and my 'girls' were soon born. Jenny and Lisa (my real life daughters) are going to keep me company for a long time I hope. I also found a triple holder and I think I may alter the pattern sizes and have some more fun a little later. You can never have too many pincushions - can you???

Great job! Everytime I go thrift store hunting I forget to look for candle holders.....I want to make one of these so bad. Maybe I just need to go with one thing in mind when I do leave the house. LOL
