The first small quilt is one I have made for a new baby due in our family in a few weeks.I did most of the sewing while away in our caravan,

The next photo is one I made in my Janome class, the embroidery is done on my 350E.The sashings are appilqued on the top after the embroidery is done.I hand quilted this one.

next is a water bottle bag ,has a babushka doll on the front ,its one of my favorites from Embroidery Library

This quilt is a recycled quilt, the applique in each of the block came from a shoe caddy ,I found it when we were going through my mother in laws things after she passed away.First it got put it a box to go to chrity , then I started to think of all the work that went into doing the applique, and dug it out ,came home and started to unpick. The fabrics in the sashing and borders all came from scraps that I had left from other project.I wish I had taken a photo of the shoe caddy before I unpicked it,I have been looking on line to find another , but with no luck.
