The color selection was ingenious even from scraps as it'll go with a lot of different decors. Very nice that you stepped up and took care of your "motherly" duties. tee/hee. I know what you mean about kids. Have a good day.

Stunning quilt that would suit any style....total winner of a wedding present. You are a gem for doing this for your daughter. She must be so very proud of your work to put in a request

WOW! You really are a great mum. The colors and design came together beautifully. I hope the marriage is as harmonious as this quilt.

Me, too! This one just glows -- looks like stained glass with the black "leading". I love it! And I'm sure your DD's friends will, too!

Really nice. I am mentally preparing myself in doing one. Your is beautiful and a good inspiration for me.
I have the same question that Liz has. I have not done a quilt label yet and my very first handquilting quilt is almost finished... now I have to figure out how to do the label

You are such a courageous mom. I have a hard time finishing things ON TIME! I'm still working on a graduation quilt which is way past due. The string quilt is great! Love the black!
