This is for my grandson's 11th birthday. He requested a black and white quilt. I showed him this pattern by toadusew and he really liked it. He helped pick the rest of the colors. I'm very happy with the results and so is he.
This was a very fast pattern to stitch up though I've managed to drag it out for several weeks now. I don't sew for very long periods of time. A few minutes here and a few minutes there.
Anyway, it's another great pattern! Just thought I'd let you all know.

I just love the way this turned out.
One of my grandchildren also has a thing for black & white quilts with a spark of color thrown in...
