This one is 16" by 14." There are teeny tiny hourglass blocks for the cornerstones, but it's hard to see them!

Mostly I make them up, but I do have two old Gwen Marston books about little quilt blocks. Found both at different times in the used book room at a Barnes and Noble.

You did a great job. I think one of the hardest things for me to learn when quilting is there are times when you should not be so matchy-matchy with the fabrics. One of the more unusual things to learn with my miniature quilts was that you really needed to use fabrics with a high contrast in order for your pattern to really shine and pop out. Mini quilts are a lot less forgiving then larger ones and take alot of work. It can sure take more time to do a mini than a lap quilt. Love doing mini's, but stopped for awhile to finish some large quilts for our children and grandchildren. You have inspired me to post some pictures. Do hope that you will post some more of your minis. Thanks.
