I would use them not only for backings but for blocks in your quilts a well, I think muslin looks great in a certain style quilt....

A terrific find! You'll get lots of use with that much fabric!! Perhaps use it to back embroidery blocks as previously stated, and also for foundation piecing, if you do that. Just a thought....

2 folds to a yard...more than 8 yards, gf. lucky you. I would use it for quilts blocks as well as backing. you can dye it if your that brave. Congratulations, lucky ducky.

Lucky lady, what a steal you got. Muslin has unlimited uses, backing, background fabric, etc. Why can't I find deals like that, probably because I'm not looking in the right places.

when my oldest daughter worked for Hancocks, she told me a full bolt is like 15 yards--if you cant find a use for it, i sure can. and I know wrodpaintervs uses it for the bodies of her Dolls for Sick Kids. and she would love to have it if you cared to donate it.

Congratulations. I also thought you could just use it anywhere you want an off white.
