who is the manufacturer?
These are new additions to Elizabeth's Studio's "Landscape" line. I don't think they are in stores yet. I can't believe I overlooked them; usually I keep right up to date on anything by Elizabeth's Studio because I love the quality of their printing (very high detail). Never "fuzzy-looking".

I really like the black and can think of
lots of ways to use it on an art quilt.
The blue is nice too but black is my favorite.

I think I would prefer it in a deep indigo blue instead of either of these colors.

It's a terrific Halloween background - I'd affix some 3-D small-scale bats, maybe a silhouette of a witch....

A friend of mine made a "night quilt" - she painted over the moon with some clear fabric paint with superfine glitter, put in some streaks of moonlight using the same stuff mixed with a tad of grey, and "frosted" the other quilt components with it as well. It was a scenic quilt with lots of applique. Hard to explain, but she's a tremendously talented artist.

Love them both! blue for one of my Hawaii landscape quilts, and the black one for Halloween background or as background for a real jewel toned quilt. Love them! Virg

The black doesn't look gloomy to me, just uninteresting.
I like the blue.

Love the Black!Remember you will have to appeal to ALL kind of quilters! I have recently purchased all black and gray fabric to make a quilt for a friend whom likes "the dark side".So I'm asking that you might keep that in mind please. Thanks in advance!

The black one for Halloween projects. The blue one for wonderful landscape art quilts.
