Looking at the quilt blocks, I would go with a neutral color... beige for the sashing. :)

I would do the green, mostly because the intensity of the color looks like it more closely ties to the rest of the quilt without overwhelming it.

That's funny, because I'm an avid neon lover and would rather do everything in the intense colors than work in pastels.

I recently joined a quilting club and they have said that sometimes the best quilts are done with the colors you aren't really too fond of, because of the surprise element.

Any choice you make is a good one so GO FOR IT! Good luck! Let us see what you finally wind up using!

Of those choices I like the green best:) Whatever you choose it is beautiful.

Maybe I should take the center blocks out and use them as part of an outer border - ??

Given the way it shows on my laptop screen (which I have discovered is not like what it would show on my friend's desktop screen) I would pick the green because it seems to be less overpowering to what appear to be rather pale colors in your prints.

I'd also agree that a second quilt in all the neon colors would be awesome.

I find the green to be striking or go with a neutral. I like the idea of doing the neons on the back.

I think I like the pink and the green, they look like an Addy color. Try laying it with the pink as inner sashing and the green as borders that frame the blocks. Then reverse the process. I love the blocks. Or you could try with just the neons, but I do think the others will add the lively colors to the blanket and we do know the little gal is not quiet and muted like the blocks, so it needs a spark of color.
Just my thoughts, I can see a redheaded sweety holding the blanket close to her.
