Pam, it's from a book called "Big-Block Quilts by Magic" by Nancy Johnson-Srebro.

I had received a gift certificate at Christmas from a student for Borders (the class gave me $75 to Tractor Supply --wasn't that enough?? :shock: ), and I always get quilt stuff with those (since it's a 100% need, vs want issue--TS is need). I wanted to try making smaller sized projects to be able to quilt them myself--so this book appealed to me. The cover say "30 projects from squares and rectangles...features easy and accurate diamond-free technique--14 bonus quilting designs."

She wasn't kidding, eh? :wink:

Truly a beautiful quit. Your taste in colors is as close to perfect as you get. You must have a color wheel in your minds eye. Your work is awsome. Your gracious, kind, and a darn good quilter. Some people have it all...........

Great job Barn! That went together so quickly and smoothly! (easy for me to say right??) :lol: Thanks for the pic & book title. It is a little above my level right now I think, but someday.
