I was going to ruffle it myself and wanted a pleated ruffle. The skirt was big enough and I was second-guessing adding a ruffle, and I had other projects to work on. So I went to Hobby Lobby to see about getting binding or some kind of trim for it. They had this pleated trim there and it was perfect, and so quick to sew it on.
