Great idea! I am new at quilting and am determined to make a full sized quilt for myself and our three grown offspring. BUT, after that I definitely will consider the topper route! Thanks for sharing your wonderful insight.
Your spring topper is so pretty! Just the thing to welcome spring.

my days of making monstrous Queen sized quilts is done. I just can't wrangle them any more!
I like your reasoning on this. Gives me ideas for my own bedroom. Love the topper you've shared. It really stands out on the ivory bed cover.
