Default turkish labyrinth

had lots of fun designing and making this quilt.
it was mend for a contest, but when it lays down on a bed/couch or hangs on my quiltingrack it looks good.
But when hanging on a rod it isn't all straight.
I decided not to enter the contest, but I still think it's a beautiful quilt although it ain't perfect.
The name is because the flowers were appliqued from old turkish embroiderypatterns.

Gorgeous! It looks perfect to me and I think you should have put it in the contest. I have seen award winning quilts from famous quilters that had a few wobbles in the edge.

Have you ever heard of blocking a quilt? Alex Anderson does this to hers. She wets it and pins it to the carpet and lets it dry. This makes it square so it hangs straighter.
I don't have the space to do this, but maybe you do.
