They are beautiful and just right for autumn coming! Are they mug rugs or potholders?

Nope, there is no room for drawers anywhere, none in the kitchen or our bedroom (all our clothes will eventually be on hooks on the wall). I'm hoping, as long as they don't require us to get a month's supply of dialysis stuff at a time (currently we get 2 weeks, but they have complained about the extra cost), that we can build a small table so we have a place for family meals, playing board games, and setting up my sewing machine

The pattern says they are potholders, but I don't think they are thick enough for that at all. They could be mug rugs, but they would definitely be on the bigger side. I'm just going to hang them across the window as a fall decoration

You did a super job, Kelly! You were able to do so much in your space. Makes me ashamed to ever complain about my 8 x 10 sewing room being to small. You are an inspiration.

Thanks for sharing your finished acorns. Personally, I got a real charge out of the pic of that lovely, smart, and fun-loving puppy of yours.
