At last, wool hand applique pillows finished, one with fantasy birds, the other with a scarlet tanager on a tulip poplar tree.

Wow, eyes aren't working too well this morning. Before the pictures came up thought that said scarlet teenager!

LOL, thanks, that's what we call them at nature camp. My DH calls them 'scarlet twangers' all in fun.
