I have learnt so much during the making of this sampler quilt...it has been a journey to remember :D

I started off making the blocks all by hand in the English paper piece style, then progressed to machine piecing, foundation piecing and applique. I have stitched in the ditch, echo quilted and free motioned!!

I made the templates for the swags and hearts border myself, as this quilt just evolved without any patterns to follow....phew!!!!!

Tonight we will sleep under it :-)

Thanks everyone...you have all supported me and taught me so much during this venture :D

I really feel quite happy AND sad somehow that it is finished :?

I am going to make two pillow shams to match it though, as I like to use two dress pillows so not quite finished yet with these fabrics
