You did a fantastic job on this quilt! It's a very good choice for a patriotic quilt. I'll have to check my copy of the book to see how she had done hers. This would be hard to beat!

The sample in the book is in shades of Kansas Troubles light and dark golds. I have that one made in a double bed size, except for borders and finishing. That should be my next completed UFO.

I made one adjustment in the pattern, making sure that the Ohio Star block was completely split diagonally with the red and blue.

Thanks for all the kind comments. It feels so good to have finished it and have it hanging.
