This has been staring at me all week from its chair so i figured I might as well finish it. So I did. I think I am going to give this one to mom for Mother's Day. What do you think?

The backing is a real light purple fleece.

Very nice Henry!! How did the interviews go? A friend of mine is moving to either North or South Carolina to teach some time next year. I have been thinking about you, keeping my fingers crossed!

Izy it is sewn together and then sewn directly to the backing. Its more of a blanket than a quilt.

Basically there are many things that make us who we are. And we do not always explore each one.

Or we are like the house. We are complicated multifaceted people. We do not always give in to our desires or our own dreams. Therefore we do not "visit" every room in our house, but rather leave some unexplored.
