This quilt was made with civil war reproduction material. I also made a wall hanging and gave it away. The quilt was a project at our quilt guild in Gallipolis, OH. It was displayed every February at the historical society for emancipation. You can find the pattern in the Quilt in a Day book.

I made this quilt using Christmas fabrics. I love to pull it out for the holiday season. It is a nice lap quilt for chilly days.

Gorgeous quilt! I love sampler quilts. I chuckle whenever I see though "Quilt in a Day"...for real? Is it truly possible to piece a quilt like this, quilt it and bind it all in one day?!

I have made this same quilt and would make another as I like the way they are made. Your quilt is gorgeous, mine colors were darker so my quilt has a different look. Good job.

I have had this book for some time but couldn't decide on which fabrics to use. Thank you for the inspiration, I will also make mine out of Christmas fabrics.
