Default Update on "Quilt that Mum Stole" and the Bargello replacement

A little while ago I posted a pic of this Hidden Wells Quilt that I made for my DD for Christmas. I liked it so much on my bed that I decided to keep it. DD and I just laughed about it, but she said I had to make her another quilt.
I had this Bargello kit in the cupboard for a few years always wanting to make it but a little daunted about it. Started it on the 30th November and just finished it today the 22nd December, phew three day to spare until Christmas.

The Hidden Wells has been renamed "The Quilt that Mum Stole" and the Bargello will be forever known as "The Monster" it measures 98 x 110 inches.

DD loves her new quilt

Both quilts are "out of sight". That's an oldie. LOL. Your quilts are just beautiful, and bright and awesome.

You did a very nice job on both quilts. Both have their own personality and are beautiful.

grannie I made a list of the number of days I had to make it in and what chores had to be completed before Christmas, then I worked out a daily quota of rows to make. This was actually finished a week ago and went to my longarmer on Monday, I got it back on Thursday and I finished the binding today, Sunday.
