I made this for my new grand daughter. The story behind this quilts is " when her 2 and 1/2 year old brother found out mommy was going to have a baby his insisted that mommy was having a "turtle" all through the 9 months. When she was born and we brought her "big brother" to the hospital he was happy to see his little sister and to find out he was a big brother but then started looking around the room and promptly asked "But where's the turtle" So his sister's nickname is Turt's and so is the name of the quilt. --

The head, legs and tail are dimensional.
