Default update to"work in process scrappy" and flimsy now

here is the next picture of my work in process

and here is the flimsy

I got tired of making the stars but needed to make it bigger, so just started adding to it. I had the 4 patches from previous leaders and enders, so that border was quick to make. And the last border (stripe fabric) was found in a bag of scraps meant for dog bed stuffing that was given to me ( I usually go through the scraps because as you see you never know what you might find ) and it was already cut to the size you see! just had to sew together into the lengths needed. Pretty lucky for that. this top measures about 56 x 70.

OMG that is just gorgeous. It truly is a fabulous scrappy quilt. Love how you organized your colors for the stars idea.

Nicely done. It looks fabulous! I love how you utilized things.

On another note, I need to organize my scraps better. Your right, you never know what you might have that is already cut and ready to use.

That is striking! I really like the organization you used to make your quilt. I also like the border finish. Just a wonderful project from start to finish.

Beautiful colors in all the fabrics and a fun layout. Each little piece of scrap is now enjoyed in your quilt!
