It's lovely, and I'm sure she will like it very much. I don't think it looks all that "girly". Now, if you had done pink flowers and princesses... well, that might be. :)

I think she'll love it mainly because her Grandma made it for her. But the fact that is it's quite pretty is a plus. Colors, pattern everything.
