:( It was really very very very difficult pattern...
I cry all the way while sewing it.....
Honestly, it looks nice when its spread on the bed.....
Someone here told me that you are always learning something new with each quilt.....This one really tought me..to think twice, before jumping and choosing a pattern....
I recomend this pattern only to my worst enemies......It was difficult and we (dh and me) made all the possible mistakes...from cutting wrong the fabric and replacing the pieces.....
Now, let see how it will behave on the finished line...still some way to go....

did you happen to get your pattern out of Quilt lovers favorites book?? I made a storm at sea table runner and place mats, and it was a rip your hair out experience!! AFTER I had everything cut out and trying to sew it together one piece just wasnt working and after many unsewing sessions I measured the templates and they were not the correct size.
I do want to make a quilt of that pattern someday but will deffinately redraft that piece!!!
and your quilt is still beautiful!!!!!

I purchased a precut kit of this pattern a year ago, for next to nothing. I was forewarned that is was a difficult pattern so when I seen it for so cheap I grabbed it. It is on the list for next winter.

mgshaw.....I really really don't recomend it to anyone.....But wish you plenty of luck (and you will need it...believe me)...
The pattern is from Quilter Cache....The fabric was chosen by my son and I really had to apologies to him ..for what I did with it...(lucky me, the boy has a good heart....) :?

amma....Don't worry...I am sure you will do much better job than me...Just go very slowly in every step (I was too much in a hurry and it just didn't help at all).......
