Wow Joyce, your stitching is unbelievable! Not only are they even stitched, but they're in the exact spot they're supposed to be in! Excellent job!

Oh, wow, your stitching is beautiful! And very even! Absolutely great. I also like the contrasting thread on the fabric. Go on with it!

I buy these little tops pre-marked from the Stencil Company. Some day I'll have to learn to mark one this intricate for myself. But I have marked baby quilts, etc. using the blue wash away pen....by the time I get through wooling it around it needs to be washed anyway

How long have you been doing this???

Do you use hoop? If so, what size/kind?

Again, it looks wonderful!!!!!!!!!!

You guys are all so sweet with your compliments...makes all the pin pricks (which eventually will become a callus again:lol: ) worthwhile.

I started hand quilting seriously a couple of years ago and was determined that I was going to learn how to do it. Well, I'm still learning....

And I don't use a hoop....they just seem to get in my way

Have never been to a hand quilting class. Did they tell you to use a hoop, etc.????
