Several months ago I posted the fabrics and asked for suggestions of a quilt to make using them. Several suggested Warm Wishes. It was easy and fun to do. I plan to make another. This will is going to my grandson for his 11th birthday on Saturday. He loves penguins. I also bought a set of gray sheets and I'm going to trim the top sheet and the pillowcase with the leftover penguin fabric and make a matching pillowcase.

The front, the edge really doesn't ripple like it's doing in the picture.

The back, he could really use either side.

Beautiful quilt-He will love it. Great idea on the sheets too. I am making Pinocchio quilt and also buying the book to go with it. That all will be for Christmas. I haven't started yet not sure why.

I love that you used the full penquin backing, the quilt is just too much fun! Well done!

Awesome quilt!! I have been looking at a lot of Warm Wishes lately because I am thinking about making one and I have noticed that some don't have the right look where they have the square around the blocks and then some blocks look almost as if they are floating. Yours is perfect!! Great job!

I have noticed that about the warm wishes quilts also Rachel. Some pop and some blend. The one I did blended and I was so dissappointed.
Sunflower, that is a great quilt.
