This is a treasure! You'll have to put it into a quilt!

how cute. He will be putting these together soom. When my 4-yr-old great-granddaughter used to go to my shop with me, while I sewed she also want to make quilts. So I gave her scraps and a glue stick and paper and she would make her mom quilts. Last summer when she was eight I let her use the sewing machine for the first time. She made several things for her mom.

So clever and how great that you let him chooses the fabric and tell you how to put it together. Too many times we adults think we know best and only end up tamping down our children's creativity. He's very lucky to have you for a grandma!
