I love it the colors are really nice...stippling or meandering would look nice too

I would do some feathers and curvy, swirly designs in each strip. This would soften all the angles and create more movement.
I love to do what the quilt tells me it needs, and I usually study the design and colour way before making a decision.

I like wonky feathers, I learned them from the Pajama Quilter you can check out the photos in a few minutes, I will upload them now.

What is the name of this pattern...I really like it and it looks like a good way to use some of my stash. Will be anxious to see how you have it quilted.
